Generally,
Same day delivery within the UAE.
We deliver 5-7 days outside the UAE.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once you’ve filled in the relevant details and checked out, you will receive an email confirmation from Nomadic Camel showing the details of the order you’ve just placed along with the payment method you have selected.

Custom clearance & Custom duties

Generally our products have had no custom clearance issues. But with different country regulations and changes in their rules, we are not liable for custom clearance. Custom clearance if required needs to be handled by the customer.
Custom duties if any, are not covered by Nomadic Camel.
